Mr. Sheng graduated from East China University of Politics and Law and obtained his LL.B and LL.M. degrees respectively. He currently acts as the executive director of Zhong Mao. Mr.Sheng is a lecturer of both East China University of Politics and Law and Oriental Rostrum. He is also the vice director of Real Estate Research Center of East China University of Politics and Law.
Mr. Sheng is specialized in law areas of real estate development, insurance, finance and intellectual property rights, etc. He has lectured several governmental agencies and professional institutions upon certain particular topics, including Propaganda Department of Shanghai CPC Commission, Shanghai Social Science Association and High Court of Yunnan Province. Mr. Sheng is also a VIP guest of the television programs of Inside and Outside the Courtrooms,Citizen and Society, Eastern Senior Attorneys, Case Focuses, Law and Morality, etc which are popular TV programs respectively presided by Shanghai People’s Broadcasting Station, Oriental Broadcasting Station, Shanghai Television Station and Oriental Television Station. He has also given expert analysis in case reports in medias including WenHui Bao, Jiefang Daily, Phoenix Weekly(Hongkong), China National Radio, Dragon TV, News Morning Post, Fortune Times, Wenzhou Times, The Bund and Shenzhen Evening Post, etc. Mr. Sheng has published many articles on Chinese legal and regulatory issues and case analysis in various legal publications and journals. |
